Mike Chouinard

Mike Chouinard, Founder & President
Born and raised in Lakewood, CA Mike joined the United States Marine Corps after graduating from Mayfair High School.  After completing his military service Mike worked in a number of jobs ranging from private protection to low voltage communications installer.  Wanting stability Mike entered the world of corporate America where he worked as a Process Head Operator and Fire Lieutenant for one of the largest petrochemical companies.  It was while he was employed there that Mike found his passion for real estate and founded Delmae Properties.

Despite a difficult beginning Mike has excelled as a real estate investor.  Always a visionary his outside the box thinking has allowed him to grow his business and his network.  Mike has become an expert in building winning teams and creative solutions to real estate problems.  His understanding of the real estate market and market timing has allowed him to position Delmae Properties for long-term success.

Mike and his wife Amber have two children and they enjoy watching sports (Mike is an avid Angels fan), camping, cooking, and taking vacations.
