Project Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Virtual bookkeeper to manually enter data from our bank statements of multiple accounts.  We recently had a computer crash and need to enter data for 3 years.

The ideal candidate should be trustworthy and reliable. We need someone we can trust.

You will be provided with a Quickbooks file, chart of accounts in an excel spreadsheet, a basic list of vendors and their associated account, and pdf’s of the bank statements to be entered.

For the right candidate at the right price this could result in future work.  The work proposed is for one of several companies we operate.  We will eventually require similar services for all of our companies.

Other Skills required:

  • Must be a QuickBooks expert
  • Fast internet connection
  • Knowledge in Accountancy

Other requirements:

  • Fluent in the written and verbal English language.
  • Quickbooks Pro (We use Quickbooks Pro 2009)
  • Some examples of work you have done
  • References for 3 of your past clients.
  • Your Skype Id and email address.
