We specialize in residential 1 – 4 unit investment properties in all urban and suburban neighborhoods. We either hold them in our own portfolio or turn around and sell them for a profit within 6-18 months depending on the particular property.

The company’s vision is to improve the overall quality of living in urban neighborhoods and to increase the value of real estate in its target markets. The company builds value by rehabilitating properties in significant need of repairs.
